As you embark on your journey reading labels and dealing with food allergies you will soon compile a list of your “go-to companies.”
As an example, General Mills labels their products very well and are cautious of food allergies. They have a wide variety of products that can cater to people with different kinds of food allergies. Furthermore, General Mills attempts to not use shared equipment for many products, making the foods accessible to more people. I encourage you to go check out some of their products here.
