Hey Everyone!

As we approach Thanksgiving and the Holiday Season I thought it would be fun to do a series on allergy-friendly cooking options. I understand this can be a fun yet difficult time of the year (in terms of food), I hope to make this season easier for you.

I spotted this *Egg Substitute* at Whole Foods earlier this week. The *NeatEgg* is also gluten and soy free so hopefully this will be a helpful cooking alternative for those of you with egg, and other allergies.

Please note that it is processed in a facility that uses Tree Nuts (Pecans) so avoid this option if you have nut allergies. I do recommend calling the company to get more allergy information so you feel comfortable.
